Clients must be 18 years old. 
Any prior tattoo or cosmetic procedureon your brows or lips, please contact me prior to booking. 
**Healed results cannot be guaranteed. A small percentage of individuals do not hold pigment well. This cannot be predicted, when booking you accept that possibility.**

Those with any of the following conditions are not eligible for PMU:
Pregnant/breastfeeding-History of keloids or Hypertrophic scarring-Diabetic (requires doctors note)-Chemotherapy-Viral infections and or diseases-Epilepsy-Pacemaker or major heart problems-Organ transplant-Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the tattoo area (rashes, sunburn, significantly tanned skin, acne, ect.)-Accutane in the past year-Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High blood pressure. 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
All rescheduling must be made more than 72 hours before your appointment. 
Any changes to your appointment within 72 hours will result in loss of the non refundable deposit and future appointments will require another deposit. 

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
If appointments are not confirmed 24 hours in advance, Brow Envy Mpls has the right to reschedule or move the appointment day of. 

All cancellations without rescheduling within one week will result in the loss of clients non refundable deposit. 
Appointments cannot be scheduled out further than 8 weeks. 

Clients may reschedule 1 time at no additional cost. Any rescheduling after the frist time will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. 

6 week touch up appintments must be made within 10 weeks of the initial procedure. 6 week touch ups past 10 weeks are an additional $100. 

Clients who no show will lose their depoist and will not be allowed ot rebook unless the service is fully pre paid. Clients who no show for the touch up appointment will not be allowed to rebook. 

Children are not allowed at the appointment. Bringing a child will result in the cancellation of the appointment and the loss of the deposit. Please no guests or visitors.

No late arrivals. This affects the technician's ability to service following clients. Brow Envy Mpls has the right to cancel appointments with clients arriving 15 minutes late and will result in the loss of the deposit. 

Brow Envy Mps reserves the right to cancel or decline clients at it's discrection.
